Research shows that “Summer Slide” is real!! Children and teens lose an average of 3+ months of learning over the summer! We can help by screening your child at school with your permission. Our school-based screenings help determine if your child or teen is at risk of a learning disorder, attention-based challenges, anxiety, challenges with fine motor coordination and/or other abilities. Children and teens are often not identified as being at risk or behind until it is much too late. Research shows that early intervention and support can help children and teens thrive by identifying the root of any potential struggles and obtaining the right support…fast. Doctoral Psychology Student Evaluations

We offer a limited number of reduced-cost evaluations each month under the supervision of our licensed psychologists. These evaluations are provided by doctoral psychology advanced practicum students who are working toward a doctoral degree and licensure. All advanced pre-interns have a Master’s Degree.

We feel passionate about providing trainees with evidence-based experience and clinical guidance when providing services to children and teens in the Portland-Metro area.

This service allows us to offer a discounted option for those that may not be able to access our regular evaluation services provided by licensed psychologists.
