Career Interest/Vocational Evaluations
for College Aged Teens and Young Adults

As young adults begin to explore their interests and career paths, they may not have a clear and defined direction.

Whether transitioning from high school, navigating decisions for higher education, or wanting to explore different career options, vocational evaluations can help to shed light on what may otherwise be confusing. These flexible assessments can provide information on learning challenges, cognitive styles that could require workplace accommodations, types of occupations that would be most fitting, social-emotional patterns, and matching values to interests and abilities for future employment pathways.

Vocational evaluations incorporate a variety of components to provide a comprehensive  understanding and steps for action. College age youth who are transitioning into the workforce often face some uncertainty or confusion, and they may also struggle with learning, navigating interpersonal situations, problem solving, attention, organization, time management, and other challenges that directly influence goodness of fit and success in specific work settings. Our Career Interests and Vocational Assessments can provide young adults with a clearer direction as to what path would be best to pursue in college or graduate school, and which career path would provide the best outcomes.
