Our mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive psychological evaluations and evidence-based treatment to children, teens, and college age youth while fostering their emotional well-being and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Consultation & Collaboration with Specialists & Schools

Whole Child Collective is conveniently located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and is easily accessible to surrounding West Linn/Stafford, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Beaverton, and other nearby Portland communities. We have pursued training at major children’s hospitals and clinics throughout the nation to provide expert care. We partner with medical providers and specialists in the community, including pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech/language pathologists, neurologists, learning specialists & psychiatrists.

Our clinicians all have extensive experience coordinating care with providers in medical settings and working within inpatient and outpatient hospital environments. We have expertise in working with educators and school administrators, and we are available to attend meetings at patients’ schools to help establish accommodations for learning plans. Collaborative care is the hallmark of our practice.

Meet Dr. Erika Doty, Psy.D.

Founder & Owner
Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Doty established Whole Child Collective to provide individualized, comprehensive, and evidence-based evaluations and treatment to youth ages 7 to 25 years old in the Portland-Metro area. Dr. Doty intentionally pursued a residency and postdoctoral fellowship at a top children’s hospital to bring this knowledge back to her hometown and local community. Dr. Doty has extensive training in providing evaluations for ADHD, learning disorders, anxiety and other co-occurring medical conditions that affect children’s mental health and behavior. Her longstanding history of working in children’s hospitals, primary care, multidisciplinary medical teams, and collaborating with physicians and specialists provides a comprehensive lens for evaluating children’s overall well-being. Dr. Doty’s training adopts an integrative approach that considers patients’ biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to their overall presentation.

Providing services in the comfort of the Lake Oswego community allows children and families to have access to top-notch services with caring professionals while feeling at ease. Whole Child Collective and its practitioners offer concierge-style services for each patient family without the need for a special referral. Collaborative care is the hallmark of our practice and we routinely reach out to learning specialists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, tutors, and others involved in our patient’s care. By connecting with patient’s care teams, we are able to provide patients with tailored, actionable steps and recommendations to help children, teens and young adults thrive.
