ADHD Symptoms Test for Kids and Teens

Does my child have ADHD? Does my teenager have ADHD? If you suspect that your child or teen has symptoms of hyperactive, impulsive, or inattentive ADHD, take this self-test. Contact us if you would like a thorough evaluation to help your child/teen uncover how he or she can thrive!

While this test is not diagnostic nor is it prescriptive, if you are concerned your child or teen may display ADHD symptoms, take this test to see if your child/teen is at risk. The only accurate way to diagnose ADHD is through a mental-health professional, ideally following a thorough evaluation with a psychologist who has trained with children and adolescents.

This questionnaire is designed to determine whether your child demonstrates symptoms similar to those of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). If you answer yes to a significant number of these questions, contact us to see how we can help. An accurate diagnosis can only be made through a thorough clinical evaluation.

The higher the point total, the greater the likelihood that your child shows signs of ADHD.
