Evaluator Position

About The Position

  • Conducts evaluations for youth ages 6 through college age for a variety of concerns, including, but not limited to: Autism, ADHD, anxiety/depression, OCD, learning disorders, 2e and giftedness. If candidates would like to focus on Autism & Developmental disabilities as a sole specialty, this can be arranged. *Experience in all of these areas is not necessary.
  • Collaborates with Master’s level Occupational Therapist in our practice to provide multidisciplinary autism evaluations (ADOS-2)
  • Collaboration opportunities with 3 other licensed psychologists in our office who provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment (referrals within our practice are often made for specific presenting concerns throughout the course of therapy/treatment, as well as many outside referral partners)
  • Access to testing materials provided by our office, as well as platforms and subscriptions such as Q-Interactive, among other measures, for convenient testing and scoring

Clinical Psychologist Qualifications / Skills:

  • Patient services with an emphasis on evidence-based practice with pediatric and adolescent populations, including working with parents for parent training

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • PsyD or PhD in clinical psychology (or obtaining licensure in 2025 if candidates are completing a postdoctoral fellowship)
  • Hold a full and active license to practice as a psychologist in the state of Oregon. Preference is given to those who do not have and ethical or legal findings against their license
  • Internship and/or postdoctoral fellowship in clinical child psychology or pediatric psychology (postdoctoral fellows are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in an outpatient setting such as: children’s hospital, primary care medical clinics, private practice or group practice with children/adolescents, or an inpatient consultation/liaison role at a children’s hospital or clinic

Work Hours and Benefits:

Seeking a candidate who is able to conduct a minimum of 2 comprehensive evaluations per month, with the opportunity for additional evaluations as much as desired. *Full time is available as well.

These positions do not include health insurance or other benefits at this time.
